We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Site Manager / Foreman to join our dynamic team, to bring to fruition a series of prestigious projects throughout the Northern Beaches, Central Coast and Sydney. We build unique homes to the highest standard, and as a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring these standards are consistently met. With strong management support and access to comprehensive construction programs and estimates, and experience in in-house earthmoving and materials handling, you'll be managing projects ranging in scale from $500k to 10M+.

• Possession of a valid White Card and a current driver’s license.

This role is critical in steering our projects from the drawing board to reality, ensuring timelines, budgets, and our high standards are met—and surpassed.
Operating from our Newport studio with regular visits to our project sites, this position blends strategic oversight with hands-on engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and challenge in their work.
Who You Are:
As a seasoned Construction Estimator / Project Manager, you are the master of detail, thriving on the challenge of overseeing every facet of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not just met, but exceeded. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors ensures seamless communication and collaboration. Armed with exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for compliance, you're adept at navigating legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Your Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and prepare estimates for complex residential construction projects.
• Lead project planning sessions and oversee the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimise project risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Diligently complete cost estimates for trade packages
• Complete trade package tender analysis including vetting and verification
• Prepare BOQ’s for individual trade packages
• Analyse contract variations and prepare formal paperwork for client submission
• Hybrid function delivering key aspects of project manager and, alongside core estimating function
• Prepare full BOQ cost estimated from first principals for tender submissions.What Makes You Ideal for the Role:
• Demonstrable experience as an Estimator / Project Manager in the luxury residential sector.
• A robust understanding of construction practices, materials, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
